Foreseeing the future of M.A.R.’s combined with a two year waiting period for new machines, we were prompted to order two new 1 5/8" capacity Ultra-matic Brown & Sharpes in 1966.

In 1968 we had to move from our four year rental agreement property so we purchased our present 15,000 sq. ft. building and moved in.

M.A.R.’s continued building its customer base through word of mouth and referrals. We added second operation equipment such as mills, lathes, drill presses, tappers and grinders as requirements demanded.

Their son, Manny Blaine Ambrosio, was brought up learning the business and joined the company full time in 1980.

In order to increase the company’s capabilities and further serve our customer demands M.A.R.’s bought Automation Screw Products in 1982 which gave us multi spindle screw machine capability. Manny Blaine was fully trained on the multi spindles.

Manny Blaine has been managing the business since 1990. We presently have grown to nine 00 Brown and Sharpes (Square Base) with a capacity from 1/32" to 1/2" diameter, eight #2 Brown & Sharpes with a capacity from 1/32" to 1 5/8" diameter and eight multi spindle machines with a capacity from 1/32" to 3 1/4" diameter.

In our second operations department we have a full compliment of second operation and prototype machines including eight Hardinge lathes, ten different types of milling machines , three centerless grinders and other misc. lathe, drill, and tapping machines.

April of 1996 was the beginning of Manuel and Reine’s full time retirement when they sold the company to Manny Blaine Ambrosio and his wife, Christy.

1997 proved to be an exciting year because we acquired a CNC machining center. We are now looking to add CNC lathes and wire electrical discharge machines in the near future.

M.A.R.’s currently employs thirty-six full time employees in two side by side buildings consisting of 15,000 sq. ft. Among those employees is a full time inspector to insure quality workmanship
